Use this blend of spices to make authentic tasting paella every time. Simply sprinkle the spices into cooked, short-grain rice to taste and stir through. The paella spices include turmeric to give your paella a classic, pale golden colour, and sweet paprika, pepper, bay leaf, garlic and thyme for great flavour. For a more vibrant colour and to add more depth of flavour, just add a pinch of saffron. Then add the toppings of your choice – seafood, chicken, vegetables – and your paella is ready to serve. This 450g tub is ideal for catering purposes or simply if you enjoy cooking paella regularly.
