Wheat starch is a white flour used to make dumplings, doughs and to thicken sauces. Mix the light, fine wheat starch with water to create translucent white casings for steamed dim sum dumplings.

The wheat starch is extracted from wheat kernels through a complex process of washing, agitating, sieving, placing in a centrifuge and drying.

Ingredients: 100% wheat. This product contains gluten and sulphur dioxide. Allergens are listed in bold.
