Whole Gordal – also known as ‘Queen’ – olives are large, green olives from Spain. Firm and plump with a fruity flavour, the olives are delicious on their own as a simple tapas dish.  Also try serving the Gordal olives as a nibble with Martinis before dinner, or as part of an antipasto alongside cured meats and cheeses.
