Amoy Chicken Powder

Amoy chicken powder is a convenient, all-in-one chicken stock and seasoning.  Amoy is a cult brand across China. It is made with chicken, soy sauce and spices that makes it easy to add savoury chicken flavours to your cooking.

To make a chicken stock, dissolve 20g Amoy chicken powder in 1 litre of boiling water. Try using a stronger mixture of chicken powder and water to marinate chicken strips, for a flavourful stir fry. Or rub in to the skin of a whole chicken or wings & drumsticks before roasting or frying, for crispy skin bursting with chicken flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep sealed with plastic lid.
