Valrhona Jivara 40% Milk Chocolate Chips

Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate couverture has rich creamy and caramelised notes – with a touch of malt and brown sugar to enhance the complexity of the chocolate. The velvety Jivara chocolate contains a minimum of 40% cocoa solids. The individually moulded couverture chocolate chips are easy to weigh out and very quick to melt with their trademark Valrhona feves or bean shape.
