Yuzu citrus sauce is also a key ingredient for making ponzu dipping sauce and makes a great cocktail mixed with sake, vodka and tonic water.

This delightful bottle of yuzu citrus sauce comes with a small booklet with three recipes. Store in a cool, dry place. Once open refrigerate and use within 4 weeks.

Ingredients: Yuzu juice (57%), orange juice, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice concentrate (sulphites), sugar, antioxidant [ascorbic acid], thickener [xanthan gum]. Natural colour variation may occur over time. This will not affect the product quality.
