This concentrated yuzu juice flavour brings an intense yuzu flavour and aroma to baking and patisserie. DĂ©co’relief concentrated aromas are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, in cakes, macarons, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams, sweets and chocolates.
The flavouring is highly concentrated, so use in tiny amounts – the bottle includes a dropper cap to help you. Recommended usage is 3-4g per kg.
