Soft Turron

Soft turron is a traditional, Spanish sweet made from ground Marcona almonds and local honey. The melt-in-the-mouth delicacy has a soft texture, and rich, sweet flavour, making soft turron a wonderful ingredient – perfect for nougat-flavoured ice cream and semifreddo.

Alemany is a third-generation business located in a rural Catalan village, surrounded by unploughed hills covered with rosemary and thyme, giving delicate flavours to the honey used in the soft turron.
