Basil Olive Oil Pearls

Azada olive oil & basil flavour pearls let you enjoy molecular gastronomy in no time at all. Made with Azada’s Spanish extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil, the glistening pearls add an opulent finishing touch to canapes, chicken dishes and salads.

As the olive oil pearls pop in your mouth they release a burst of fresh basil flavour with smooth olive oil. The gold lidded jar also makes a beautiful gift.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within seven days.
