Dios Baco Oloroso Sherry

Oloroso sherry is golden-amber in colour with smoky, woody aromas. The sherry is rich and velvety, with intense, complex flavours of chocolate and caramel and notes of roasted almonds. Oloroso sherry can be served chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature as a digestif. The rich flavours of the sherry pair well with red meat and game as well as spicy dishes. Also try serving the Oloroso sherry with mature cheeses, nuts and olives as part of an after-dinner nibble.

The Bodegas Dios Baco in Jerez has been a winery since 1765. Current owners José Páez Morilla and daughter Alejandra now handcraft small batches of sherry there, all with the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin.
