LGM Crispy Chilli in Oil

LGM crispy chilli oil is filled to the brim with dried chilli and crispy fried onion, all in a richly flavoured oil. LGM or Lao Gan Ma is the most famous brand of chilli oil used throughout China.

Serve the crispy chilli condiment at the table with almost any dish – a spoon in a bowl of ramen, or a little on top of silken tofu with sesame and soy for breakfast. It’s extremely moreish. The Lao Gan Ma crispy chilli makes a great base for hot dipping sauces, served alongside won ton or prawn tempura.

Ingredients: Soybean oil, chilli (35%), onion, fermented soybean (soybean, water), salt, sichuan pepper, salt, flavour enhancer E621. Contains soy, and may contain traces of peanut. Refrigerate after opening and use within 30 days.
