McClure’s Garlic Dill Pickles

McClure’s garlic dill pickles are a US family favourite. The large, crunchy pickled cucumbers are brilliant sliced in sandwiches – try with a mild, nutty cheese like Emmental or Gouda. Or layer in a roast beef sandwich with just a touch of horseradish.

McClure’s was started in 2006 by brothers Joe and Bob McClure. Using their grandmother’s recipe, the McClure brothers started their own business making traditional pickled cucumbers. The pickles were a great hit, and McClure’s quickly expanded.
