Sichuan Long Dried Chilli

Sichuan dried long chillies are the fieriest Sichuan chillies, are the key to the perfect hot pot. They are usually combined with Sichuan pepper for an intense flavour sensation. The chillies are also great for infusing chilli oil. This huge bag of long chillies is produced in the Sichuan town of Chengdu, a town famed for the chilli rich red hue of its cuisine.
