Udon noodles are thick, wheat noodles used in Japanese soups. Prepare a quick and nutritious supper by boiling the noodles for 2-3 minutes, and adding to a dashi and red miso soup base.

Also try pairing the noodles with flavours such as chicken, ginger, prawn and pak choi for a more substantial meal. Or recreate Wagamama’s ‘Amai Udon’, by pan-frying with beansprouts, egg, tamarind, lime, tofu, soy sauce, and roasted peanuts.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, lactic acid, brewed vinegar, salt, sodium lactate. Contains gluten.
