Heat the Valrhona Celaya liquid hot chocolate gently in a sauce pan or microwave.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5 days. Ingredients: semi-skimmed milk, water, dark chocolate 50% cocoa minimum (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cocoa powder, thickener: carrageenan. May contain traces of egg proteins, nuts, and gluten.
