Valrhona Dark Chocolate Pearls

Valrhona dark chocolate pearls are for creative baking. The 6mm diameter spheres are made from the highest quality dark chocolate with a minimum of 55% cocoa. Sprinkle the pearls over cakes and desserts or fold through chocolate chip ice cream or cookie dough before baking for perfect round melted chocolate drops.

Ingredients: cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Contains soya. This product may contain traces of nuts, egg proteins, gluten and peanut.
