Description
Buckwheat noodles, also known as soba noodles, are a great accompaniment to Chinese stir fries. The noodles are made with added buckwheat flour, which gives them a slightly nutty flavour.
Enjoy with beef and black bean stir fry, or make a buckwheat chow mein with chicken, bamboo shoots and spring onions. You can also serve them chilled with a soy & dashi dipping sauce, which is a popular summer dish in Japan.
