Flying Goose Ginger Sriracha is Thailand’s most famous chilli sauce with a fiery-sweet kick from added ginger. The ginger sriracha is milder than the original sriracha sauce, letting the woody, sweet heat of the ginger shine through.
Try ginger sriracha as a dipping sauce with dim sum, or drizzle over noodle dishes and bahn mi. Or use as a sticky hot glaze for prawns and chicken, in marinades for beef or pork, or even to add a gingery twist to a bloody Mary cocktail!
