Filotea Genoese Basil Pesto 130g

Filotea Genoese Basil Pesto is prepared following the traditional recipe. The manufacturing involves only the use of Genoese POD Basil.  The production happens within hours of the basil harvest to ensure all the plant’s properties are preserved.

Ingredients

Olive oil, Genoese Basil PDO (26%), Grana Padano cheese (milk, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from egg, salt), Roman pecorino cheese(milk, rennet,salt) garlic, cashew nuts, salt, pine nuts, plant fibre. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
