Yaren Turkish mixed pickles – ‘turşu’ – are a the classic accompaniment to a Turkish meal. The salty-sour Turkish pickle mix of cabbage, cucumber, chilli and carrot is great served with grilled fish, kebabs, falafel, or even as an appetiser alone.
