Clearspring organic instant miso soup paste lets you enjoy a bowl of Japanese miso soup at home or at work. Simply empty the sachet into a bowl or mug, add 240ml of just-boiled water, stir and enjoy!
The instant miso soup paste is made with Clearspring’s organic brown rice miso, also known as genmai miso. It’s intensely savoury with a lot of umami, and it also has a slight sweetness.
The instant miso soup contains wakame – a glossy seaweed with a sweet-salty flavour. Enjoy the soup as it is, add small cubes of tofu, or garnish with spring onions.
Ingredients: organic brown rice miso (whole organic soya beans, cultured organic brown rice, sea salt, water) (70%), organic mirin (organic glutinous rice, water, malted organic rice, organic rice), water, sea salt, organic onion puree, wakame sea vegetable (1%), kombu sea vegetable extract (water, kombu, sea salt) (1%). Contains allergens: soya.
