Casale Paradiso Paradise Soup Mix 300g

Casale Paradiso’s paradise soup mix is the perfect mix of beans and lentils for a hearty Italian soup. The producer Casale Paradiso has been producing traditional Italian home-style recipes for over 30 years. Based in Abruzzo in Southern Italy, they only use real ingredients without preservatives or additives.

Cooking instructions

Soak the beans in water for a couple of hours. Drain. Place in a pot and cover with cold water. Add diced garlic, celery, carrot and 1 small tomato. Cook on a low heat for 40 minutes. Add more hot water if necessary. Add salt to taste, and season with butter or extra virgin olive oil. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
