Borderfields rapeseed is naturally cold pressed, squeezed and filtered with nothing added and nothing taken away. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
