This Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. All raw materials used are from organic farming. It is a balsamic vinegar with a 3-year-ageing quality, with a sweet and sour flavor and a high acidity. It is ideal for salads, vegetables, vinaigrette, meat or fish marinades, boiled meat or fish and boiled potatoes.
