We are Roasting Plant, a bunch of coffee lovers who set out to create the perfect cup so we invented Javabot to roast coffee in micro-batches every day for the freshest flavor every time.  We source single origin specialty coffees at grade 85 or above and roast each at a medium profile to get the best aromatics and flavors. The Junquiera family began growing coffee on the highlands of southern Minas Gerais 150 years ago.
