Description
Sweetened black sesame paste is ready to use as a filling for homemade mochi or even to make black sesame ice cream. The thick paste has the intense, nutty flavour of black sesame seeds.
You can also add sweetened black sesame paste to cake batter for an intriguing grey-black cake with sweet sesame flavour. Or add a small amount to buttercream, or even use as a macaron filling.
Ingredients: red bean, water sugar, black sesame (6.7%), sesame oil (2.5%). Contains allergens: sesame.
